Report to the Venue Manager and support leading this team of 15x situated in the heart of Botany Town Centre. $29-31 per hour

-$29-31 per hour (dependant on experience)
-40-45 hour roster that will include late nights + one weekend day

The role: Will see you support the Venue Manager and lead a FOH team of 15, deliver exceptional customer service, support with training, development and recruitment of staff. You will ensure the venue is always well presented, tidy and meeting H&S standards, you can expect to support with stock / inventory management and driving the team to achieve targets across all financial measures.
What we are looking for: -Experience in FOH management at an assistant level as the minimum requirement
-Proven experience working in high volume gastro-pub like venues
-Ability to deal with pressure in a fast paced venue
-Strong communication skills and ability to inspire and lead a team
-Fantastic ability to collaborate with the Venue Manager and BOH team
-Flexibility to work late nights when required + at least one weekend day
