Fantastic opportunity located in the heart of Mt Wellington for an experienced gastro-pub leader to join this successful hospo group!
Our Client: Leads the way in Auckland with their gastro-pub establishments across 20+ locations in the city of sails! They are constantly evolving and improving not only their service offering for their customers but the way in which they support and engage their team across BOH / FOH and head office - people are their focus!
The role:
The key focus and purpose of the role is to lead the overall establishments direction, success and profitability through effective team management, compliance, project management & delivery and a high level of customer service at all times.
Some key focuses include:
• Develop initiatives to meet business targets and initiatives
• Manage P&L to meet budget, including CAPEX
• Manage establishment marketing, events and entertainment
• General upkeep of business
• All people management activities and escalations
Experience & Skills required: -2-5x years experience in a senior leadership role ideally within gastropub management
-Experience leading teams of 20x plus across both BOH & FOH
-Confident with end to end financial management
-Experience with recruitment, onboarding & performance management
-Intermediate level computer skills
-Current GM Cert
