Our client: Is located in the heart of the CBD and not only offers fantastic accommodation through their iconic hotel offering but provides an exceptional food & beverage experience through their modern, sophisticated yet comfortable restaurant for both guests and the public.
The role: Is critical to the maintenance of the success of this restaurant - it is an all encompassing role and will see you support the Restaurant Manager with people leadership & management, onboarding & training, achievement of sales & KPI targets and delivery of an exceptional customer experience.
You will be a passionate hospitality professional who is immaculately presented, has an engaging personality with natural leadership qualities and providing exceptional service is a natural instinct. Experience & skills you will bring to this role include: -Assistant Restaurant Management experience in a Metro Top 50 restaurant or the like

-An understanding of quality food & beverage
-Flexibility to work evenings and weekends -
