About the Role:

• Lead day-to-day operations of the restaurant in both front and back of house duties.
• Manage and coach teams to deliver great food and an exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain and ensure compliance in areas such as food safety, product quality and training.
• Assist the restaurant manager in leading and managing key business metrics and KPIs such as labour, COGs and sales targets.
