Famed by its placing as one of Metro’s Top 10 Auckland Bars in 2020 and boasting one of the most extensive beer lists in the country, it's a welcoming and relaxed environment with hand-made food showcasing the heritage of the experienced team of chefs whilst staying true to their dining pub roots. 

  • This is not just a run-of-the-mill pub - they focus on delivering sophisticated food for their customers - Come and be creative. 
  • You will able to contribute creatively to the seasonal menus, pricing and work closely with the Head Chef on the day-to-day operation of the kitchen
  • Well-versed in prep work and not afraid to get stuck in
  • You will learn about the beers brewed on-site and use this knowledge to assist in menu creation
  • Ensure wage costs are kept consistent and below budget
About you:
  • Minimum 3 years experience 
  • A strong collaborative worker with an outgoing personality
  • Great knife skills
  • Structured and organised
  • Auckland City fringe location
  • $30 - $35 per hour depending on experience
  • Warm and positive working environment 
  • Average 45 hours per week
  • 5 days on 2 days off
  • Work-life balance - this is not a late-night venue!
