Excellent opportunity for a Senior CDP or Sous Chef with Pastry knowledge and experience wanting to work in a large, highly regarded operation in Akld
Our client: Is a market leader in providing luxurious accommodation in Auckland City. With a recent expansion, they are now the largest hotel in NZ and offer a variety of services beyond just accommodation such as numerous & wonderful private function & event spaces, multiple food & beverage offerings and one of Auckland's best spa spots.
The role: Will see you be second in charge of the Pastry team of 15x and be part of the wider kitchen team of 70x chefs.
Our client is after a passionate, knowledgeable pastry chef to join their team to continue to produce high quality offerings but at large volumes daily.
The roster is minimum 40x hours per week and should you work 45x hours + per week you will be financially compensated, the roster is a rotating roster so will require flexibility to work mornings, evenings and weekends.

Skills & Experience required: -Senior CDP or Sous Chef experience with a focus on pastry

-Ability to work at pace and produce high volumes of baked goods, dessert offerings
