About the opportunity Located on one of Melbourne's busiest hospitality streets, this popular Inner City venue peaks throughout the daytime for its cafe culture and loose lunch trade, and remains steady throughout the early hours of the evening for its locals who head out for a wine or two.
You'll be part of a senior leadership team that will ensure food, beverage, and retail arms of the business are excelling at all times.
Day to day you will be present in service, help coach and guide upcoming leaders, and be responsible for a combined front and back of house team of 50+.
The service style is genuine and casual, letting their menu and authentic service do all the talking. The role is suited to a leader who has experience in and understands how to manage sequence of service and SOP's for a thriving casual venue.
