What you'll get in return

• 38 hour working week - no split shifts, no late nights, flexible with requests if you have open availability Monday to Sunday

The Candidate

• Previous leadership experience working for a casual dining or QSR is preferred, but not essential
• Well presented, positive energy, and strong communication skills 
• Balanced leader who values team training as much as they do achieving results
• A leader who can work in structured working environments
• You shine on the floor; enjoy building rapport with guests, unfazed handling difficult situations, a passion for all things guest experience
