The Company:

As Chef de Partie you will:

  • Ensure high-quality food production by practicing portion, quality, and waste control. Prepare and garnish dishes, monitor recipes, and maintain menu standards.
  • Oversee food storage, cleanliness and equipment maintenance. Comply with health, safety, and operational policies to maintain a safe and efficient kitchen.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team, respond to guest needs promptly, and foster a harmonious work environment. Attend meetings and support the Executive Chef as required.

Seeking a Candidate with:

  • Experience in hotel kitchens, having had exposure to large scale functions and events
  • Experience working in regional and remote areas would be advantageous
  • Ability to become part of a team and strive for quality
  • Must have own car and licence

Benefits:

Salary of up to $70,000 + Super + Staff Benefits.  Discounts across the group, plus free entry into events associated with the hotel.  Car parking included.
