Support Franchise Owners deliver a high performing cafe experience for customers. $110k + car allowance + bonus opportunity.

Our client: 

With over 25 years experience in their field our client is a market leader, paving the way for owner operators within the coffee / cafe space & over more recent years has expanded through acquisition to casual dining. 

This is a fantastic role that sits in the Head Office Franchise Consultant team to support with the growth & positive demands of the Uppr North Island region. 

Please note - this is an Auckland based role with travel requirements to visit each location once per quarter. 

The role: 

This is a people focussed and building role, you will be expected to work closely with the owner operators on ensuring service delivery and operational standards are met on a day to day basis of the group. 

Key responsibilities include: 

- collaborate with Franchisees on their business plan and overall objectives ensuring that revenue targets are achieved 
- ensure operating standards and service delivery levels are met at all times 
- work with franchisees to roll out new initiatives / promotions resulting in a consistent experience for customers 
- provide training and support when and where required 
- be a support person for the franchisees 
- visit all sites regularly 

What experience you will bring: 

- multi site experience in cafes, casual dining, restaurants or QSR management this can expand to either FOH or BOH 
- understanding of franchise ownership or models advantageous 
- fantastic communication skills, both verbally and written 
- proven supportive and collaborative leadership approach
- multi site experience within hospitality 
- the existing team are 'roll your sleeves up kind of people' so someone who possesses a dedicated, hardworking work ethic will love the team enviornment
