 The Opportunity

The role: 
  • Support the Kitchen Manager in all areas of BOH operations
  • Stock control and ordering & food preparation 
  • Assist in managing rosters, budgets & COGS
  • Maintain kitchen presentation, cleanliness and product integrity 
About You 
  • Proven leadership experience within a fast-paced quick service restaurant
  • Have high standards of food preparation and productivity
  • Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
The Offer: 
  • Salary from 65k to $85k + super + bonus (based on experience)
  • Extensive room for growth and progression 
  • Ability to work a flexible rotating roster including nights/weekends
