As Restaurant Manager you will:

• Oversee smooth restaurant and bar operations, ensuring exceptional guest relations, efficient service, and successful conference/event setups.
• Drive customer satisfaction through attentive service, personalized interactions, and consistent pre/post-shift team briefings.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance reviews for staff, fostering personal and professional growth.
• Ensure team compliance with job standards, encourage participation in training programs and maintain high levels of service quality and professionalism.
• Manage budgets, rosters and cost controls to maximize profitability, while adhering to food, liquor, health and safety regulations.

Seeking a Candidate with:

• Strong experience in structured and procedure driven establishments.
• Great character and leadership skills, able to think fast on your feet yet remain steady, calm and always positive.
• Experience managing large diverse teams, ideally in a hotel environment.
• Corporate Events experience, creating experiences from small intimate settings to large scale productions.
• Must have own car and licence.
