Our client is a large operator of pubs and venues across Australia. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Venue Manager to oversee their pub located in the Dunsborough region. 

The Role  
With a head for financials and a passion for driving results, this amazing opportunity allows you to set the pace and expectations. A considerable amount of experience in high volume food and beverage establishments as well as functions and events is essential. This venue is multi faceted and requires a Manager who can think on their feet and handle many tasks simultaneously.
  
What You Can Bring:  

• At least 3 years Management experience in a similar fast paced environment 
• Solutions focused and strong leadership
• Passion for making the customer happy
• Experienced in exceeding sales targets and managing profit
• Local area marketing and social media expertise
• Financial acumen fitting of an experienced Manager
• Experience in recruiting and managing an amazing team
• High personal presentation standards 
• Eye for detail and attention to venue presentation
