We are searching for a fun-loving Assistant Venue Manager to join us at our busy Perth location. 

This venue offers activities and entertainment for all as well as serving up some creative cocktails and mouth-watering meals. 

We are pursuing a candidate that loves training and upskilling their staff as well as being an approachable and rousing leader. 

About the Role:

• Assist the Venue Manager in day-to-day operations of the venue, while hitting KPIs. 
• Ensure staff are trained to a high standard to deliver great guest experience. 
• Maintain high standards of compliance in regards to food safety, hygiene and public safety. 
• Support the enjoyable and entertaining culture of the venue. 

About You:

• Experience in a food and beverage hospitality environment is a necessity when applying for this role. 
• A clear understanding of stock and labour control and how they affect the business. 
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and public holidays. 
• A passion around customer service and guest experience. 
• Bring your quirky personality, the ability to laugh and bring a positive energy into the business. 
• Stock control, experience in rosters and bookings management are all required.
