We are looking for a Sydney-based Account Manager to recruit a 360 desk for the best of the best, all while working Monday to Friday, with flexible hybrid arrangements. That’s right - actual weekends off to live your best life.

What We're Looking For: - Hospitality legends ready for a new chapter, senior managers, FOH/BOH gurus, venue managers or customer service specialists - your knowledge is pure gold.
- Experience in recruitment or sales is a massive bonus, but passion and resilience are even better.
- A warm, engaging networker who loves connecting people and thrives in a target-driven (but supportive) environment.
- Someone who understands both QSR to Hatted venues, you get the difference between a burger flip and a caviar spoon.
- Goal-driven but knows that success tastes better when it’s served with a laugh.
- You must have full working rights to take this permanent, full time position in Australia
Day-to-Day: - Business development - bring in new clients and show them what “hospitality excellence in recruitment” looks like.
- Candidate management - discover, interview, and support the top talent of the hospitality superstars.
- Client management - build long-term partnerships to become their trusted advisor (you’ll know their coffee order off by heart).
- Weekly KPI’s and sales targets — but don’t worry, we actually set you up to win.
