What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar fast-paced hospitality role.
• Strong grasp of P&L, rostering, stock control, and cost management.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate both staff and guests.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends (40 hours/week).
