What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting day-to-day restaurant operations with a hands-on approach
• Leading and motivating a team during peak service periods
• Ensuring the highest levels of product quality, safety and cleanliness
• Managing shift responsibilities including rostering, stock and customer service
• Working closely with the Restaurant Manager to drive business performance

We’re looking for:

• Experience in hospitality leadership (QSR, fast-casual or fast food preferred)
• A team-first attitude with strong communication skills
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Passion for delivering consistent, high-quality guest experiences
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and evenings
