About the opportunity

Internal promotion has lead to a new opening within this local favourite, and our client is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar to step in to a on trend casual dining operation.

Our clients menu has been heavily influenced by a certain european cuisine, but also includes some modern Australian favourites as well as a reliance on quality local produce.

This street corner venue provides an indoor and outdoor offering that attracts a lot of locals during the week as well as weekend, the sort of place you'd go for a quick mid week bite or for a care free sort of Saturday or Sunday.
It has a cult like following throughout the week as locals love the menu as much as the efficient online ordering platform.

As this is not a fully serviced restaurant, our client is open to leaders who come from Cafes, Pubs, and even Fast Food Restaurants.
