About the opportunity

Each day, you'll be splitting your time between shift management, front-of-house training, stock management, and driving sales through friendly service. Most importantly, you'll be supporting a management team in continuing the success of one of the areas most loved fast-casual dining operations.

The ideal candidate

• Previous Assistant Manager or Shift Manager experience is essential, preferably within QSR, Pubs or Casual Dining 
• A genuine passion for food service and high volume operations
• You excel working in systematic environments that have well defined  procedures
• Strong people and performance management skills, able to co-manage end to end processes and troubleshoot team performance issues 
• Ambition to grow and climb the management ladder
