About the opportunity

Our clients product is handcrafted in small batches using time-honored techniques, the sort of gourmet treat you'd see in hampers or indulge for a special occasion.

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will work in tandem with the Operations Manager and Business Owners to maintain product success while helping manage all aspects of the operation - from food handling and shift management to maintaining efficient processes that ensure cost control is upheld to the highest standard.

Leading a team of 15 or more, you will need the experience required to motivate, coach, and develop a team of professionals who require ongoing guidance to meet performance expectations set by ownership.


The candidate:

• 1 years Assistant Restaurant Manager, Cafe Manager or Store Manager experience working in QSR, casual dining, or cafes is essential
• A leader who can adapt to new systems and procedures, and understands how to achieve results from an ownership perspective
• A professional who is looking to align with a concept that aligns with values in community and lifestyle
• Skilled in cost control management, recruitment, and food safety
