Your Role Will Include:

• Supporting the Restaurant Manager in daily operations
• Leading, training and motivating a young, energetic team
• Driving exceptional customer service and food quality
• Managing stock levels, compliance and shift performance
• Creating a positive, inclusive workplace culture

You’ll Bring:

• Previous leadership experience in QSR, casual dining or fast food
• A hands-on approach and a love for fast-paced service
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Flexibility to work across rotating rosters, including weekends
