The OpportunityThis is the perfect step up for a capable Front Office Manager who’s been confidently running shifts, managing a team, and delivering service excellence—but hasn’t yet had the RDM title.
You’ll oversee the Front Office, Housekeeping, Lounge and Concierge departments, lead a team of 15–20, and work closely with senior leadership to drive the guest experience and refine operations.

Your Day-to-Day - Oversee the daily operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Lounge
- Lead, train and develop a team of 15–20 FOH professionals
- Drive seamless guest journeys from check-in to check-out
- Collaborate with Maintenance and other departments to address service needs
- Monitor performance, labour costs, and guest satisfaction metrics
Who We’re Looking For - 3+ years as a Front Office Manager in a 4 or 5-star property
- Someone ready to step into their first RDM role and take ownership of multiple departments
- A hands-on leader who leads by example and builds strong team culture
- Confident managing a dynamic, youthful team with empathy and structure
- Guest-focused, solutions-driven, and eager to bring fresh ideas to the table
- Flexible in your approach—big-brand experience welcome, but not essential
