A popular and growing hospitality brand is seeking a dynamic Manager to lead one of its high-performing location. This is a full-time leadership position suited to an energetic and operations-savvy hospitality or Retail professional.

What You'll Do
  • Lead a team of up to 20 staff, cultivating a high-energy, customer-focused environment
  • Oversee day-to-day venue operations with full P&L accountability
  • Maintain venue cleanliness, safety and food handling standards
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff, creating an engaged and capable team
  • Monitor labour and cost of goods against targets
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products and service
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous leadership experience in hospitality or retail (QSR is a bonus)
  • Strong people skills and team motivation capabilities
  • Operational understanding of KPIs, rostering, and food safety compliance
  • Organised, positive, and proactive management style
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
