As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll work side-by-side with the Restaurant Manager to elevate service, coach your team, and learn the ropes of running your own venue. This is a genuine stepping stone into your first full Restaurant Manager role.

We’re open to experienced leaders from cafés, pubs, or fast food — if you’ve spent at least 2 years in an Assistant Manager role, you’re exactly who we want to hear from.
