The Role:

We’re looking for a hands-on General Manager who leads from the floor, builds engaged teams, and delivers on performance. You’ll own the full operation – from hiring and coaching to financials and service standards.

About You:

• 2+ years experience as a Venue or General Manager in high-volume restaurants
• Strong leadership presence and a genuine passion for the guest experience
• Commercially savvy – confident with P&L, cost control, and driving results
• Proven ability to lead teams, support performance, and drive a positive culture
• Comfortable working closely with ownership to influence business outcomes
