The opportunity:

One of our most loyal clients has launched multiple restaurants in the last 2 years, and they've had an excellent record developing Managers from within, but now it is time for them to bring in some fresh talent as they continue to grow.

With internal promotions comes opportunity, and we're delighted to be searching for a committed hospitality professional who is ready to step in to one of Mornington's most popular fast-casual operations.

As an Assistant Manager you will lead service, coach and develop staff on shift, manage team KPI's, oversee food safety, and support senior management as they continue to run a high performing operation.
Expect to lead a team of 2 to 5 on shift, whilst getting the coaching you need to grow and develop into a senior leader.


The candidate:

• Previous hospitality leadership experience is essential, preferably within cafes, QSR, or chained restaurants
• Solutions focused leader who enjoys working in a procedure driven environment
• Results focused leader who enjoys working to targets and contributing towards business growth
• A leader who is able to adapt between off peak and peak services
• Open availability to work a rotating roster from Monday to Sunday - our client has a roster system that provides every 2nd weekend off
