About The Opportunity:

We're partnering with a growing national restaurant group that's expanding across Victoria. Their newest venue is launching soon just 5 minutes from central Wodonga - featuring a warm, rustic fit-out, a generous menu, and a space designed for both quick service and longer dining experiences.

You’ll take the reins as Restaurant Manager, playing a pivotal role in the pre-opening and beyond. From hiring and training your team to shaping service culture and managing operations, this is a chance to lead from the front and make the restaurant your own.

You’ll report into the Melbourne-based executive team and enjoy full autonomy on the ground.

This role is perfect for an experienced leader from a fast-casual or QSR background who's looking for a long-term step up, with ownership in sight.
