About the Role

This is a chef role with leadership responsibilities, overseeing a key part of the kitchen offering. You’ll be working with premium ingredients and modern equipment, shaping the guest experience while mentoring and motivating the team.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the kitchen team during busy services
  
  
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
  
  
• Oversee preparation and execution of dishes with attention to detail
  
  
• Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment
  
  
• Contribute to menu planning and seasonal development
  
  
• Collaborate with management to deliver an exceptional dining experience
