As Assistant Venue Manager, you will:

  • Help lead and inspire a team of up to 20 across front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH).
  • Drive customer service excellence and operational efficiency through financial oversight and team performance.
  • Cultivate a fun, professional environment with a focus on growth and development for your team.
  • Handle day-to-day operations, recruitment and training while ensuring high standards of service.
  • Organise and execute events to elevate guest experiences.

  • Proven management experience in busy, high-volume hospitality environments.
