We’re seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Café Manager to oversee daily café operations, supporting a busy venue that caters to both members and guests. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated leader who thrives in fast-paced, customer-focused environments and enjoys being part of a health and lifestyle setting.

As Assistant Café Manager, you will:

• Assist the Café Manager with day-to-day operations including rostering, stock control, and reporting
• Lead, train, and inspire a team to consistently deliver excellent service
• Manage ordering, inventory, and café equipment maintenance
• Ensure smooth café operations while maintaining a fun, energetic, and welcoming vibe
• Step into full management duties when required

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous supervisory or assistant management experience in a café, QSR, or busy hospitality venue
• Strong leadership, training, and people management skills
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Passionate about hospitality, with an interest in health, fitness, or lifestyle environments
• A positive, hands-on approach to customer service and operations
