Full Job Description:

Step into a hands-on leadership role at a popular Asian kitchen in Baulkham Hills, serving fresh, high-quality dishes in a lively, fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives on operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and team leadership.
As Restaurant Manager, you will:
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of 10–25 staff to deliver consistently excellent service
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training for all team members
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including rostering, inventory, stock control, and cash management
  • Monitor sales, food costs, and budgets, identifying opportunities to increase profitability and efficiency
  • Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and occupational health and safety
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer feedback and complaints
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, RSA requirements, and all company policies
  • Support catering orders, events, and promotions as required
  • Attend regular management meetings and contribute to operational strategy and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar hospitality leadership role
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • Commercially minded with experience managing budgets, labour costs, and KPIs
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced, casual dining environment
  • Highly organised, hands-on, and able to lead by example
