The Opportunity

Our client is opening a brand-new venue serving game changing street food, show-stopping margaritas, and signature desserts that get foodies talking. This is your opportunity to step in as Restaurant Manager and take full ownership from day one.

What You’ll Do:

• Run shifts, manage team performance, and lead by example
• Control labour, create rosters, and optimise operational systems
• Recruit, train, and develop your team for success
• Ensure procedures and service standards are followed to the letter
• Navigate the challenges of opening a new venue while driving a seamless guest experience

What You’ll Get:

• Salary: $85k-$90k + Supern + bonuses (earn an extra $30k!)
• Lead the launch of a new venue with a hybrid service model (counter ordering + QR code ordering)
• Develop business acumen with exposure to financial reporting and mentorship from an industry Director
