The hospitality operation is busy year-round, thanks to loyal locals who consider the venue their go-to for social meet-ups, preferred dining, and as an extension of the community where everyone feels welcome.
With a new restaurant set to launch, our client is seeking an experienced hospitality leader with standout front-of-house management skills, capable of leading a team of 10 floor staff in a 150-seat restaurant.
The Restaurant Manager will be immersed in service every working day, leading with a casual, friendly, and effective approach that reflects the venue’s style.
In addition to front-of-house management duties, you will oversee cost control, lead recruitment processes, and be responsible for creating training and development plans.

The Candidate - 2+ years Duty Manager/Assistant Manager or Restaurant Manager experience, preferably working at a l acrte restaurants, pubs or premium cafes
- People focused; to be a hit in this role you will need to have strong people management skills
- A leader who knows how to achieve results from a owner perspective and can get teams to buy in to the common goal
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - from dealing with customers face to face to coaching teams of 15 or more, we need a leader who shines in this area
