As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll do more than run shifts - you’ll lead, coach, and energise the team. From upholding food safety and hitting KPIs to keeping service smooth and the vibe upbeat, you’ll be at the heart of this well-loved venue’s success while receiving hands-on mentoring to grow into senior leadership.

Who We’re Looking For

• Previous leadership experience in hospitality - ideally QSR, or casual dining
• A natural people leader who enjoys coaching, mentoring, and leading by example
• Strong under pressure and comfortable adapting between quiet and peak times
• Results-driven, with a focus on targets, procedures, and growth
• Flexible availability across a rotating roster
