About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to be right at the heart of a busy, high-energy venue. Working alongside an experienced Venue Manager, you’ll help oversee day-to-day operations, support staff development, and ensure service standards remain sky-high across multiple outlets. No two days will be the same — and that’s exactly how you like it.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Venue Manager with all aspects of daily operations
• Lead and motivate front and back of house teams to deliver outstanding service
• Assist in achieving financial targets and maintaining KPI performance
• Ensure smooth, efficient service and uphold venue standards at all times
• Step up to manage shifts and make decisions with confidence when required
• Build strong relationships with staff, guests, and key stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager in a busy, high-volume venue
• Strong leadership and communication skills — you’re calm, capable, and hands-on
• A solid understanding of financials, rostering, and operational systems
• The ability to handle pressure and keep things running seamlessly during peak trade
• A genuine passion for hospitality, people, and creating memorable experiences
