The Opportunity

Just 30 minutes east of Melbourne CBD, this stand-alone venue is one of the newest additions to this fast-casual dining groups expansion across Victoria.

This isn’t your run-of-the-mill restaurant role. It’s your chance to lead one of the group’s top-performing venues and have the opportunity to open new locations across Melbourne, while mentoring the next wave of hospitality leaders.

In this role, you’ll oversee the full operations of a high-performing, fast-paced venue, leading a team of 30+ with energy and purpose. You’ll be hands-on in service, customer experience, and team culture, while driving growth connecting with local traders and community groups.

We're seeking leaders with 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager, Venue Manager or Store Manager, ideally with a background in casual dining or  QSR.
