Seeking a Head Chef to lead kitchen operations, deliver exceptional food quality manage team performance to ensure compliance with safety and cost.

Your New Employer Join a dynamic and values-driven hospitality team committed to excellence in service and culinary innovation. As Head Chef, you’ll be responsible for the daily operations of all food service outlets (excluding contractor-run venues), leading a passionate kitchen team while upholding the highest standards in food quality, safety, and efficiency. This is a hands-on leadership role where your expertise and creativity will directly influence guest satisfaction and team culture.

Key Competencies & What You Can Expect
  • Deliver consistently high-quality food using strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
  • Lead, train, and support a high-performing kitchen team with a focus on collaboration, communication, and accountability.
  • Maintain compliance with all food safety, HACCP, and WHS regulations, including audits and documentation.
  • Manage kitchen operations, stock control, food cost, rostering, and multiple service periods (e.g. lunch, dinner, events).
  • Play a key role in menu planning, seasonal updates, and aligning kitchen output with business goals.
  • Uphold a positive, inclusive workplace culture built on trust, professionalism, and mutual respect.
  • Represent your venue with pride while contributing to a seamless guest experience in partnership with front-of-house teams.
