We’re looking for a Venue General Manager to lead one of their flagship venues - a high-energy, multi-level space with multiple F&B outlets. This is a venue that thrives on personality, precision, and big numbers, backed by a strong, dynamic food and beverage offering.
In this role, you'll seamlessly pivot between leading from the front during service, managing P&L, and driving team performance across all areas of the venue. You’ll take full ownership of day-to-day operations and help shape what exceptional looks like.

The Candidate - 4+ years experience working at a Venue Manager, Restaurant Manager or Operations Manager level is essential
- To be a hit in this role you will need to have strong people management skills
- A leader who knows how to achieve results from a brand/owner perspective and can get teams to buy in to the common goal
- Ability to manage multi outlets and effectively cost control manage each department
