Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic, high-energy environment? We’re on the lookout for a Venue Manager to take the reins of our clients large, multi-faceted venue and lead a passionate team to continued success.

About the Role:

This is not your average management role, you’ll be overseeing a fast-paced, high volume venue with multiple moving parts. From day to day operations to driving service excellence and delivering on key commercial outcomes, you’ll be at the heart of the action.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a large front and back of house team
• Drive financial performance and achieve KPIs with a focus on growth and efficiency
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences across multiple outlets and offerings
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure smooth, professional operations
• Implement and maintain operational systems to keep everything running like clockwork

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Venue Manager (or multi-site Assistant Manager ready for the step up)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate and develop large teams
• Commercial acumen – understanding budgets, KPIs and how to deliver results
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while keeping standards high
• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
