With new openings planned, this is your chance to step into a role that could set you up for a Restaurant Manager position in the near future.

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll be more than just running shifts - you’ll be shaping the team. From coaching and developing staff, to leading service and keeping the vibe high during peak times, you’ll play a key role in keeping this busy restaurant running smoothly. You’ll oversee food safety, manage team KPIs, and work closely with senior management to keep the operation at the top of its game.
Expect to lead a large team on shift while receiving the mentoring you need to grow into a senior leadership role.

Who We’re Looking For

• Previous leadership experience in hospitality - ideally QSR, or casual dining
• A natural people leader who enjoys coaching, mentoring, and leading by example - at the same time, loves to have fun on shift!
• Strong under pressure and comfortable adapting between quiet and peak times
• Results-driven, with a focus on targets, procedures, and growth
• Flexible availability across a rotating roster
