• Has 3–4 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager (or higher) in high-volume QSR or fast-casual operations.
• Has a proven track record in delivering results, leading large teams, and fostering culture.
• Is warm, approachable, team-focused, and leads with integrity.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and brings energy, confidence, and enthusiasm to every shift.

• Three-week hands-on training program interstate with flights and studio apartment included.
• Supported by a dedicated Learning Management System and senior leadership on-site during launch.
• Balanced roster with hours 8 am – 12 midnight (no overnight shifts).
