The Opportunity

Due to ongoing growth and internal progression, we are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant General Manager to play a key role in the next phase of our clients expansion and evolution.

As a Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the restaurant and business operation, including recruitment, training, stock control, rostering, food safety and OHS, shift management and regular budget and performance management - responsibilities expected of a leader within a large-scale venue.

In this role, you will directly influence business performance, guest experience, and team engagement for a restaurant set to make a significant impact on the Geelong hospitality scene.



The Candidate

• A minimum of 2 years Restaurant Manager experience in either QSR/Fast Food is essential
• Results driven leader who knows how to achieve from an ownership/group perspective 
• A leader who radiates positive energy and is the person who can lift others through good and the challenging times
• You have a genuine interest in the fast-casual dining scene and an appreciation for different service styles - whether it's QR codes or fully serviced
