The Opportunity

Smack bang in the food hub of Chapel Street, and walking distance from Prahran train station, this restaurant knows how to deliver that fast and delicious street food experience.

With a focus on great food, quick service, and happy customers, this spot is fast becoming a favourite across Victoria. Customers range from local uni students to families grabbing a quick meal during the week.

You’ll be leading a shift of up to 10 team members, with responsibility for a broader roster of around 40 staff across front and back of house. Your focus will be running smooth shifts, while also gaining hands-on exposure to business management skills like performance management, KPI tracking, recruitment, and training.
