What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading from the front inspiring your team to deliver outstanding service, every shift.
• Owning your venue’s performance: driving sales, managing labour and COGS and achieving strong profit results.
• Overseeing daily operations rostering, stock control, cash handling and compliance.
• Maintaining high standards in product quality, food safety and venue presentation.
• Building a positive, supportive team culture where everyone feels valued and motivated.
• Engaging with your local community and driving sustainable, environmentally responsible practices.
• Supporting business growth by helping to train new leaders and open new venues.

What We’re Looking For

• A natural people leader with a passion for hospitality and customer experience.
• Proven management experience in a fast-paced environment (hospitality or QSR).
• Strong commercial acumen confident managing budgets, rosters and KPIs.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to coach, motivate and build high-performing teams.
• Organised, proactive and hands-on you lead by example, not from the back office.
• Flexible with working hours, including some nights and weekends.
• Career-driven and ready to grow into multi-site or area management opportunities.
