Tech driven POS support role. Onsite fixes, menu updates, system tweaks, and weekend shifts. Casual to start with real full time potential in 6 months

• Onsite POS support across multiple venues including troubleshooting, hardware support, and fixing issues on the spot
• Supporting system updates, menu changes, basic data entry, and ensuring everything is accurate before it goes live
• Working closely with the warehouse team on batching prep, picking pallets, installation assistance, and general operational support
• Being the friendly face that venues rely on when things go wrong
• Helping streamline processes so service never stop

• A people person who stays cool under pressure and communicates clearly
• Thick skinned, solutions focused, and patient when venues get stressed
• Tech savvy enough to handle POS systems confidently, or willing to learn quickly
• Beverage minded is ideal
• A background as a chef or VM is a great fit for this role, especially someone who enjoys operational work without the frontline chaos
• Happy to work Friday through Monday with 25 to 40 hours available
• Comfortable with shifts from 9am to midnight on weekdays, 12pm to 10pm Saturday, and 2pm to 10pm Sunda
• Physically capable for occasional lifting, installing, and warehouse tasks
