  • Proven background as an Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef or Head Chef in a fast-paced, fine dining, kitchen setting
  • High-profile industry reputation
  • Proficiency in devising and pricing menus
  • Proven history of leading teams to achieve desired results
  • Capability to oversee staff performance, addressing any deficiencies
  • Exceptional leadership qualities and a fervor for global culinary trends
  • Understanding of financial parameters including food and labor expense
