Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring an effective and efficient back-of-house operation.

Responsibilities:

• Managing inventory levels and placing orders
• Preparing meals according to standards
• Supervising kitchen staff to ensure product quality
• Assisting with budgeting and food cost analysis
• Upholding kitchen cleanliness and presentation
• Ensuring a safe and healthy workplace
• Handling kitchen opening and closing duties

• Experience in QSR, cafe, casual dining, or take-away environments
