The responsibilities: 
  • Stock control and ordering
  • Meal preparation
  • Effective management of kitchen staff ensuring quality of product
  • Learn and assist budgeting and food costing
  • Maintain kitchen presentation, cleanliness and product integrity
  • Maintain safe, secure and healthy workplace environment
  • Opening/closing of the kitchen
About you:
  • QSR, cafe, casual dining restaurant or take away experience
  • Want to join an established group & work for a premium brand
  • Passionate and authentic, deliver genuine hospitality

  • $70,000 + Super and
