About The Opportunity:

We are on the hunt for a true professional with expertise in running Food & Beverage outlets within hotels or boutique settings. Our client, an established and innovative group, is seeking a Manager to be fully responsible for the operation of several facets of their world-class food and beverage operation which delivers a high quality experience to in-house and external guests.

This role is all about variety – from prepping the outlets for service to leading the team during peak times, every day brings new challenges. Reporting to the F&B Manager, your focus will be on guiding your team to create memorable guest experiences while also keeping an eye on costs and revenue opportunities to drive success.

About You:

• Experience managing F&B operations with teams of up to 50 people
• Preferably 4 or 5 star Hotel experience
• Excellent leadership qualities to lead and develop your team
• Amazing problem solver
• Ability to identify and nurture future leaders
• Strong knowledge of service procedures
• Excellent understanding of beverage and food
• Full P&L understanding
• Proven ability to think outside the box and generate revenue
