Lead the operations for a growing food retail business, you will have full accountability for all company stores across the east coast.

My client has a strong market presence across the casual dining space here in NSW, QLD and plans for expansion within the next 2 years. We are currently searching for a key piece of the puzzle, to help drive growth across their brand, to join in the capacity of Senior Regional Manager

The role: 
  • Lead daily operations of the current 11 sites 
  • Champion culture within the restaurants, FOH & BOH both given the support they need to do their jobs effectively
  • Full recruitment for stores, end to end people strategy across the sites
  • Support the Director in all areas from marketing, HR, finance & new business development
About you: 
  • Previous experience as a Area/Regional manager within the QSR/casual dining food retail industry
  • Enjoy being the face of the brand - this is not an office based position
  • Experience in kitchens would be highly regarded
  • Energetic, skilled in people management & always wanting to learn more!
The offer: 
  • Salary base of $150k + super
